Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with The Modern Party Company! Most of our products are made to order, so please allow time for both production and shipping when planning for your event.

Production Time

Most orders require approximately 3–5 business days for production before they are ready to ship.

Production time is separate from shipping/transit time and does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has completed production and shipped, please allow approximately 3–5 additional business days for delivery within the United States.

As a general estimate, please allow approximately 6–10 business days from the date your order is placed to delivery.

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information at the email address provided with your order.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipping label has been created.

Separate Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, items may be produced or fulfilled separately and may arrive in more than one shipment.

You may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at themodernpartycompany@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered production or been shipped.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking information indicates a significant delay or you believe your package may be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in reviewing the shipment.

Event Dates

If you are purchasing an item for a specific party, wedding, bachelorette, birthday, shower, or other event, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance.

Estimated production and shipping times are provided to help with planning, but arrival by a specific event date is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.
