At The Modern Party Company, each order is made specifically for you. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer errors, including:

Ordering the wrong size
Ordering the wrong color or design
Entering incorrect personalization or spelling
Providing an incorrect shipping address
Changing your mind after placing your order

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, we'll make it right.

Please email themodernpartycompany@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and its packaging

If the issue is determined to be our error, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production begins. Because production begins quickly, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.
